8:00-8:15         Update on project and aims for the working session

8:15-11:15       Separate into strands: (a) social justice leadership and (b) leadership for high need

                        schools

·       Finalize community-building session

·       Review progress since AERA and BELMAS 2012 meetings

·      Funding needs and possibilities

·       Determine research designs and studies

·       Determine timelines of activities (e.g., data collection, conference proposals)

11:15-12:00     Both groups convene:

·      Research policy dialogue (Howard Stevenson)

·      BELMAS and UCEA support

·      Determine agenda for AERA 2012 pre-session
